The marketplace had nothing aesthetically beautiful to carry
After an accident left our founder needing mobility support, she searched for a cane that matched her identity. What she found was clinical, outdated, and dispiriting. Every option said the same thing: your life has changed, and not for the better. She refused to accept that. So she started from scratch.

The earliest ideas for Lemonaide started as sketches. What should a modern cane look like? How should it feel in your hand? How does it fit into a life not just a medical need?
These drawings were the first time the vision became real. The wide ergonomic palm rest. The clean lines. A handle that looked like an object of desire, not a medical device.

Lemonaide is a multi-part system designed to be interchangeable. The handle, stem, collar, and tip work together as a unified product but each component was engineered independently to meet medical-grade standards.

The Mesa Handle is the heart of Lemonaide. Ergonomically engineered to distribute weight across the palm not the wrist it reduces fatigue and pain while looking nothing like a traditional cane handle.
It took multiple design iterations to get here. The sweep of the palm rest. The neck. The way it connects to the stem. Every curve was deliberate.
From concept

The first physical prototypes were a milestone moment. Holding something that had only existed on paper and seeing that it actually worked, felt right, and looked like nothing else on the market was the confirmation that Lemonaide was real.
